MISSION

Our purpose in life and as a disciple of Jesus Christ is to KNOW HIM and MAKE HIM KNOWN.

VISION

The way we do that more specifically is WORSHIP, WIN, DISCIPLE, SEND.

WORSHIP THE LORD

We are called to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth! As a church we do this through praise and worship, acts of service, etc. And really, in all that we do! 

• John 4:23  “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.”

• Colossians 3:16-17 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”

WIN THE LOST

We believe a part of our mission is to evangelize the lost! Win them to Christ, sort of speak...giving them the clear Gospel of Jesus Christ, reconciling them to the Father.

• John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

• 1 Timothy 2:3-4 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

• Romans 10:14-15 “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

DISCIPLE THE SAINTS

Jesus told us to make disciples!  That has always been the marching orders for the church! As we do life together, we disciple through teaching/preaching God’s Word, bible studies, fellowship, different ministry groups, Ex. Children’s, Youth, Devoted, Peskadot, One2One, etc.

• Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

• 2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

SEND THE EQUIPPED

As we grow, in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ...we must go out and be a light to the world.

• Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

• Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
